Live Long,  Live Well

disclaimer: These suggestions are primarily for persons on the Wellhouse Center's "Maintenance Diet".  Although, people on a cleansing diet will see some appropriate items below.  Processed foods are inferior to whole foods, so when given a choice, always eat the whole food.  If you are dealing with yeast or fungal issues, it is best to eliminate processed foods such as cereals, crackers, beads, snacks, and sweet's from your diet.

Wellhouse Center’s Natural/Organic Brand Names List

Baby Products: Gerber Products, Juicy Juice, Bobobaby, PBM Products (when a baby is born, mother’s milk is the best thing for them.  If you need to use formula, find something that has Goats whey or milk in it with added vitamins and minerals.  Also, remember what ever you are eating and drinking, your baby is too.)
